AI Native Operating Model Transformation

Your Role

Lead AI-native operating model transformation from assessment and advisory through design, implementation and benefits realization. Work across enterprise, digital or IT contexts, including GBS and shared services, defining how people, AI, data and technology work together with appropriate human oversight. Combine operating model expertise, practical AI experience and program leadership to own design and delivery outcomes, collaborating with business and technical specialists, risk teams and PMO/TMO colleagues.

In this role you will play a key role in: AI native operating model design 

• Assess current processes, organisation, capabilities and service performance; identify opportunities for AI and automation, working with specialists to understand data and technology readiness. Facilitate leadership workshops to establish an AI-native operating model vision and prioritise opportunities based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Design future operating models covering workflows, roles, capabilities, decision rights, governance and performance, including how people and AI work together. Define service ownership and delivery arrangements, including the responsibilities of business teams, shared services and technology partners. Work with specialists to establish appropriate human oversight and controls.
• Transformation leadership - Mobilise and lead transformation programs across functions and geographies, managing scope, budgets, resources, quality and dependencies across process, people, data, AI and technology workstreams.
• Client leadership and practice development - Advise senior business, GBS and technology leaders on AI-native operating model choices, economics, workforce implications and responsible adoption. Shape AI-native transformation propositions, proposals and client presentations.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting, business or technology transformation experience, with depth in operating model transformation. Experience assessing, designing and implementing operating models, with clear ownership of deliverables and business outcomes. Depth in one or more enterprise, digital, IT or service operating model contexts is mandatory.
• Practical experience applying AI to business transformation, such as assessing opportunities, redesigning workflows or supporting implementation, with an understanding of the resulting changes to roles and ways of working.
• Proven program or workstream leadership, including stakeholder alignment, delivery planning, business cases, risks, organisational change and benefits realisation.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to explain AI opportunities and limitations in business terms and work effectively with technology, data and risk specialists
