AI Led Operating Model Consultant_

Your Role

• Proven consulting experience delivering business outcomes is a MUST HAVE
• Client facing experience is a MUST HAVE
• Design and implement processes & technology and transitioning clients to new business operating models
•  Develop AI‑first assets and accelerators to create differentiation and drive global demand
• Lead and/or support sales and pre‑sales efforts for Invent proposals across India and global markets
•  Experience of working with multi-location teams. Most projects will be for clients from outside India or on Indian operations of global clients.

Your Profile

• Proven ability to architect and deliver business outcomes for clients
• Experience of working with multi-cultural clients
• Should have experience working across multiple areas of consulting (process consulting/operating model transformation/Servitization/Cost take out)
• High tolerance for ambiguity with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new ways of working enabled by emerging technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
