Your Role
- Platform Support & Operations
- Provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across multiple environments.
- Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets — incidents, requests, problems, and changes ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL best practices.
Act as the key technical contact between the internal support team, infrastructure team, and Dassault Systèmes support for issue resolution.
Monitoring & Maintenance - Monitor system health and performance using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Jenkins, and HP OVo.
- Analyze logs, alerts, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before impact.
Implement and refine automated monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to improve uptime and responsiveness.
Deployments & Environment Management - Manage and execute PnO deployments, configuration rollouts, and environment refreshes.
Technical Administration
Job Description - Grade Specific
- Maintain user roles, licenses, and permissions in 3DEXPERIENCE in alignment with semiconductor engineering project structures.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Required Skills & Experience: - Total IT experience with minimum 3–5 years in 3DEXPERIENCE platform support or administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux systems (configuration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting).
Proficient in ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing and ITIL-based service management processes.
Practical knowledge of monitoring and automation tools – ELK, Jenkins, HP OVo (or equivalent).
Experience managing PNO deployments, environment configuration, and integration with external systems.
Familiar with 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and modules such as ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA.
Working knowledge of database operations (Oracle/SQL) and log analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred / Good to Have: - Experience supporting 3DEXPERIENCE implementations in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing domain.
Exposure to automation scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible) for operational efficiency.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Dassault Systèmes certification or formal training in 3DEXPERIENCE system administration.
