Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with strong expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Wireless Communication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3G/WCDMA Layer 1/Baseband/PHY algorithms, real-time scheduling, and multi-core deployments. This role involves profiling and debugging complex functionalities, working with UE Layer1 architectures, and contributing to the development and testing of wireless communication systems.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong foundation in Digital Signal Processing and Communications Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of Signal Processing and Wireless Communication fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with 3G/WCDMA Layer 1/Baseband/PHY algorithms
  • Real-time scheduling for Physical Layer functionality on multi-core clusters
  • Profiling and debugging across multiple cores and hardware accelerators
  • Deep understanding of UE Layer1 Architectures, Multi-RAT, and power/performance constraints
  • Excellent programming and debugging skills in C

Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with various 3G procedures
  • Fast learning curve with high commitment and ownership
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities

Qualification:

  • BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, or related fields
  • 4–10 years of relevant industry experience in DSP and wireless communication systems
