Solution Architect - Asset Performance Management (Manufacturing)

As our Solution Architect, you will provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for the design, integration, and deployment of an APM solution across manufacturing sites. The role ensures that APM solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives, operational processes, and enterprise standards. You will work closely with client IT architects, functional leads, and technical teams to guide solution design, integration with enterprise systems, and adoption across the organisation.

Auckland based. Full working rights for New Zealand is required to be considered for the role.

You will play a role in:

•    Contributing to documentation, technical guidelines, and knowledge transfer for client.
•    Defining and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture
•    Guiding the integration between the AVEVA platform and enterprise IT/OT systems, including ERP, EAM, and OT systems.
•    Providing input to infrastructure, network, and security requirements to support the AVEVA platform deployment.
•    Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide solutions aligned with program objectives.

Your profile:

•    Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on APM, EAM, MES, or similar implementations within complex manufacturing environments.
•    Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, digital manufacturing, and smart factory initiatives.
•    Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple sites.
•    Experience in integrating APM solution with ERP, EAM, and OT systems
•    Experience providing end-to-end solution architecture, technical leadership, and governance.
•    Strong understanding of integration, SaaS/on-prem environments, and deployment strategies.
•    Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•    Hands-on experience with AVEVA products (Asset Information Management, Asset Strategy Optimisation, Advanced Analytics, APM, PI/AVEVA Data Hub, CONNECT, AVEVA cloud/SaaS environments) highly preferred
