We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant/Lead to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will lead solution design, implementation, and support initiatives across asset-intensive and utilities organisations, helping clients transform their business processes through SAP technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders, lead project workstreams, and mentor consultants while driving delivery excellence.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading requirements workshops, business process assessments, and solution design activities.
• Delivering SAP EAM/PM and/or SAP IS-U implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, project governance, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Leading testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support activities.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to capability building, presales, and business development initiatives.

Your profile:

• Experienced SAP consultant, who has contributed to multiple full-cycle implementations
• Strong expertise in SAP EAM/PM and/or SAP IS-U, with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, drive workshops, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, SD, and related business processes.
• Strong leadership, consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
