Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle CX Cloud Lead to join our team. 


You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions to optimize field technician workflows, scheduling, and routing. Focusing on leveraging Oracle Fusion Sales/Service Cloud to manage customer relationships, enhance service delivery, and drive sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities:


• Configure OFSC components: resource pools, territories, routing rules, and scheduling policies.
• Develop integrations between OFSC and CRM/ERP systems.
• Design mobile solutions for field technicians.
• Analyze customer needs and map them to Oracle capabilities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage Oracle CX Service Cloud.
• Analyze business processes to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to executego-to-market strategies.

Your profile:


• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of field service processes (scheduling, dispatching, routing).
• Experience with API integrations and mobile application configuration.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales or Service applications.
• Knowledge of sales lifecycle, CRM data management, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
