Job Description

We’re looking for an Oracle CX Lead Developer who really knows Oracle Field Service Cloud inside out.


This role is all about designing and delivering smart OFS solutions that make scheduling, routing and mobile workflows actually work in the real world — for field techs and customers alike.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the design and build of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions
  • Configuring routing, scheduling, resource pools, territories and work zones
  • Driving mobile-first solutions for field technicians
  • Integrating OFS with CRM / ERP platforms
  • Troubleshooting performance issues and optimising field operations
  • Translating field service pain points into practical Oracle solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud
  • Solid understanding of field service operations (dispatch, scheduling, routing, mobility)
  • Experience leading or owning OFS implementations
  • Comfortable with integrations (APIs, real-time data flows)
  • Bonus (not essential): exposure to Oracle CX Service or Sales Cloud
