We are looking for:

An NZ ADM Practice Transformation Lead to establish, mature, and optimise our ADM capability across New Zealand. As a key member of the AU/NZ ADM leadership team, you'll drive strategy, operational excellence, workforce capability, and practice growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes for our clients.

Your profile:

• 10-12 years' experience in ADM, managed services, or technology delivery leadership.
• Proven experience building, transforming, or scaling technology practices and delivery capabilities.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, operational excellence, and managed services models.
• Experience in workforce planning, capability development, and multi-shore delivery environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in a build-and-transform environment.

As a Key Member of the ADM NZ Leadership Team, You Will:

• Lead the development and growth of the NZ ADM practice, including governance, operating models, and ways of working.
• Drive the ADM strategy, business growth, P&L performance, and capability development across New Zealand.
• Build a scalable workforce aligned to current and future client demand, including cloud, DevOps, automation, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Embed delivery standards, industrialisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across engagements.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to support client delivery, service transitions, and market growth opportunities.
