Lead Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

As a Lead Technical Consultant in our D365 CE Operations team, you'll be hands-on across both project work and ongoing client support. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, tackle complex technical challenges, and help shape solutions that make a real impact.

You'll be looked to as a technical leader—sharing your expertise, influencing technical decisions, and helping delivery teams produce their best work.

You will play a key role in:

• Providing technical and architectural leadership, including guiding solution design
• Ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
• Helping our client navigate complex technical decisions

Your profile:

• Solid experience (8+ years) working with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform in a client facing role
• Demonstrated experience (8+ years) delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions across project environments, with exposure to ongoing support, enhancements, or managed services delivery.
• Strong technical skills across configuration, development and solution design
• Confidence working with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions
• A proactive mindset — someone who enjoys problem-solving, adding value and taking ownership
