We are seeking a growth-oriented Client Partner to drive new business and expand existing business across our larger CPRD clients in New Zealand. This is a strategic role where you’ll lead high-value conversations with senior stakeholders, uncover opportunities, and shape solutions that transform businesses. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth across NZ, helping to position Capgemini as a leading Business and Technology Transformation Partner.

 

How you will play a key role:

 

  • Strategic client management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a strategic partner, engaging with business and technology CXOs to influence decisions and drive growth.
  • Business development: Identify and shape new opportunities, drive proactive sales activities, and meet or exceed business objectives and sales targets.
  • Solution design: Shape innovative, high-impact solutions by collaborating with senior client leaders to understand priorities and align Capgemini’s capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Account growth: Expand Capgemini’s footprint within your portfolio through insight-driven engagement, leveraging market intelligence to uncover and develop new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with global business lines, delivery teams, and strategic alliances to design and deliver integrated solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in driving new business, exceeding ambitious sales targets, and accelerating client growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Passion for delivering transformative outcomes and creating long-term value for clients.
  • Confident communicator and presenter with strong executive presence.
  • Expertise in proposal development, storytelling, and creating compelling presentations.
  • Solid understanding of global delivery models and methodologies to orchestrate integrated solutions.
