Preferred Location: Orlando, Florida

Travel: Up to 75% to account stakeholder locations, based on business and client requirements.

 

Your Role

The I&D Go-to-Market Lead – Media Account will drive growth across Data, Analytics, AI, and Insights services within a strategic Media account. This role partners across service lines, market units, sales, consulting, and delivery teams to identify, shape, and win strategic data and AI engagements.

 

The successful candidate will combine executive-level client advisory capabilities, deep knowledge of modern data and AI platforms, strong pursuit leadership, and commercial acumen to accelerate profitable growth and support successful delivery outcomes.

 

  • Develop and execute the Data, Analytics, AI, and Insights growth strategy for the account.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and lead strategic pursuits across data modernization, analytics, AI, GenAI, cloud, and data transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Data & Analytics, and business leaders.
  • Partner across sales, consulting, solution architecture, delivery, and service-line teams to create differentiated client solutions and winning proposals.
  • Translate client business priorities into compelling data, AI, analytics, and cloud transformation opportunities.
  • Lead complex solutioning and pursuit efforts involving data platforms, AI, cloud, and application modernization.
  • Develop account-based growth plans and identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services.
  • Provide commercial leadership across strategic engagements, including revenue growth, margin improvement, utilization, and delivery governance.
  • Collaborate with distributed delivery teams across the United States and offshore locations, including India.
  • Monitor emerging trends in data modernization, AI, GenAI, cloud migration, data governance, and enterprise analytics, and translate them into relevant client opportunities.
 

 

Skills and Expereince

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data consulting, go-to-market strategy, business development, solution architecture, account leadership, or technology services.
  • Proven experience identifying, shaping, and closing large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud transformation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies within complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, AI, data governance, and modernization approaches.
  • Experience with leading data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Data Services, AWS Data Services, Oracle, SQL Server, or comparable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple service lines, sales teams, consulting organizations, and delivery functions to develop winning proposals and client solutions.
  • Strong executive-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing distributed delivery teams across U.S. and offshore locations.
  • Proven financial and commercial management experience, including revenue growth, margin improvement, utilization management, and delivery governance.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience serving clients across Media, Entertainment, Streaming, Studios, Theme Parks, Consumer Products, or Hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of emerging market trends in data modernization, AI, GenAI, cloud migration, data governance, and enterprise analytics.
  • Experience leading complex solutioning efforts that integrate data, AI, cloud, and application modernization services.
  • Demonstrated success developing account-based growth strategies and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and matrix leadership skills.
 

 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $170,000- $250,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
