Job Description

"Total Experience 8 to 10 Years
Relevant Experience 5 to 7 Years
Candidate must have
Lead workshops and interviews to capture business requirements across customer service teams
Document currentstate processes and define futurestate workflows aligned with Salesforce capabilities
Support implementation and configuration of Marketing Cloud including Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio and Mobile Studio
Design customer journeys and advise on data models to support personalized communications and automation
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate solution delivery
Define reporting requirements and KPIs for customer service and marketing operations
Support data migration planning and validation ensuring alignment with business expectations
Conduct user training and develop adoption strategies for Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams during UAT and golive

Additional
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and case management processes
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio
Proven ability to design and optimize customer journeys and marketing automation workflows
Experience with data modeling reporting and marketing KPIs
Working knowledge of AMPScript SQL HTMLCSS and API integrations
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Track record of delivering Salesforce projects in fastpaced environments"
