Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
- Support the Product Owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
- Guide the Scrum and development teams toward self-organization and high performance.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and help fill in gaps in the Scrum framework.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may hinder team performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and help the team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity.
- Provide support and education to the Product Owner and stakeholders as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working on a Scrum team.
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to distinguish between Scrum practices and non-Scrum practices.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques and tools.
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- PSP Defined SCU in Scrum Master (if applicable).
