Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join our SAP transformation and supply chain delivery team. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions across complex warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP EWM along with technical knowledge of ABAP, SAP S/4HANA integrations, Transportation Management (TM), and warehouse automation technologies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse management solutions that align with business objectives and Capgemini best practices.
Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes. Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹
Your Role
- Analyze, review, and evaluate existing warehouse management business processes within Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Demand-to-Supply (DTS), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstreams.
- Design future-state warehouse management processes aligned with SAP global templates and industry best practices.
- Lead and facilitate SAP EWM design workshops and solution discussions with business stakeholders.
- Configure, test, document, and maintain SAP EWM solutions and related ECC/S/4HANA components.
- Develop and support inbound processing, replenishment strategies, warehouse task management, and inventory management capabilities.
- Design and support Material Flow System (MFS) integrations and connections with third-party warehouse automation systems.
- Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA, SAP Transportation Management (TM), and other SAP applications.
- Create and manage SAP project deliverables including business blueprints, gap analyses, solution design documents, testing strategies, cutover plans, and training materials.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the effective use of SAP EWM capabilities.
- Support business users through testing, training, adoption, and post-go-live activities.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and act as an escalation point for complex solution and integration issues.
- Support production environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and support ABAP developments, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Communicate project status, risks, scope, quality, and strategic recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Support and lead warehouse management initiatives across business units utilizing SAP EWM solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with third-party warehouse automation solutions and warehouse control systems.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios.
- Strong understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM) integration.
- Experience analyzing and redesigning warehouse management business processes.
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including PTP, DTS, and OTC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Experience with global template deployments and rollouts.
- SAP EWM Certification preferred.
- Experience working within global delivery models and cross-functional teams
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082- $233,740
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
