We’re looking for a seasoned QA Lead / QA Manager to take charge of our quality assurance initiatives, primarily focused on automation testing for Pega and Java-based applications. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on testing leadership, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the QA team, fostering a high-performance testing culture
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test plans for Pega and Java platforms
  • Oversee end-to-end testing processes including functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to craft robust testing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes through training, tools, and innovation

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in QA leadership roles with a strong automation background
  • Hands-on expertise with Pega or Java application testing
  • Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and lifecycle
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
