Responsibilities and requirements
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in technology project management.
- PMP Certification and a SAFe Certification is a must.
- Proficient in Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework to drive iterative and incremental delivery of projects.
- Experienced in managing teams in Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) ensuring alignment across teams and adherence to program-level objectives.
- Demonstrates experience in planning and participation in Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) events including Program Increment(PI) ensuring collaboration between Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Jira for project tracking, backlog management, reporting, metrics and dashboards.
- Planning – Demonstrates expertise in developing project schedule, identifying dependencies, assessing risks and creating action plans to implement successfully.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and assignments.
- Organizational Skills – Displays adaptability to change, swiftly aligning with shifting priorities and business needs.
- Meeting Management – Able to effectively prepare, conduct, participate in and follow up on business meetings.
- Critical Thinking – Provides thoughtful analysis to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Leadership – Demonstrates the ability to influence others and drive effective change by taking control of difficult situations, providing clear, concise direction to team members, and positively influencing others.
- Stakeholder Communication - Proficient in preparing and delivering reports to ensure project transparency and alignment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Client location, Alpharetta.
