In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions leveraging Palantir's platform, with a strong focus on applications in Insurance, Banking, and broader Financial Services. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to build scalable, compliant, and high-impact AI workflows that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop: Build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI applications and pipelines on Palantir Foundry, integrating data from diverse financial systems.
• Domain Solutions: Tailor AI/ML workflows for industry-specific use cases such as claims automation, fraud detection, credit risk scoring, regulatory reporting, and customer analytics.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business SMEs, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Integration: Connect Palantir workflows with enterprise data sources (core banking, policy admin, CRM, etc.) and external APIs.
• Governance: Ensure solutions follow industry best practices for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX).
• Documentation: Produce clear technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency using agentic AI paradigms within the Palantir ecosystem.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience: 2-3 years developing with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms (Pipelets, Code Repositories, Ontology, or Palantir Workflows).
• Programming: Proficient in Python and/or Java; familiarity with data wrangling, transformation, and orchestration.
• AI/ML: Basic experience with ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring) and agentic workflows.
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services data models, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Data Integration: Experience ingesting and normalizing data from structured and unstructured sources (databases, APIs, data lakes, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), RAG, or autonomous agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with financial regulations (AML, KYC, Basel, IFRS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Palantir Ontology modeling and data lineage concepts.
• Prior work in agile, cross-functional teams.
