PEGA Business Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements and convert them into detailed process flows and system designs using Pega 8.x.
• Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed documentation for business processes and systems integration using Pega. Correlate with IT and business units to ensure the Pega solutions meet business needs and performance goals.
• Manage user acceptance testing of the Pega solutions, ensuring they meet the sympathize-upon requirements.
