Job Description


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Insights & Data team to support the design of data solutions for our Financial Services clients. With expertise in GHG accounting, data modeling & analytics, and sustainability reporting standards, you will work with clients in the banking and insurance sector to offer insights and solve problems related to data management, primarily focusing on sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with business functions in client organization to understand business process and data.
  • Analyze business data to assess data quality, data gaps, and define data extraction and transformation requirements to measure GHG emissions, and environmental, social and governance metrics.
  • Write requirements for visualizing sustainability data in dashboards to offer Sustainability-related business intelligence that inform sustainability strategies.
  • Identify and map data requirements to support ESG reporting standards like GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.
  • Work closely with software development teams to provide requirements and domain knowledge to build ESG data solutions.
  • Research on sustainability topics and build intellectual capability, models, and material to design solutions.
