Job Description

Onshore Scrum Master / PMO Coordinator to support program leadership in driving day-to-day project execution, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities. This role will act as a key operational delegate, ensuring seamless tracking, reporting, and communication across multiple workstreams.
The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders and offshore teams, helping establish a lean onshore PMO-like structure to enable efficient delivery and governance.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution Support
Track and manage day-to-day tactical action items arising from leadership discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure timely follow-ups, closures, and escalations where necessary

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination
Engage with HLT LOB DCMS Champions (CLT) and track delivery-specific action items across assigned Pods
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure alignment and execution

Governance & Reporting
Prepare, draft, and circulate meeting minutes (MoMs) with clear action tracking
Monitor and report on hard-gate compliance across programs and delivery streams

JIRA & Issue Tracking
Track and report TCI JIRA gaps, defects, and errors
Coordinate with PMO and delivery teams to ensure transparency and remediation tracking

PMO Support & Operational Management
Support ongoing PMO activities including status reporting, tracking dashboards, and governance cadence
Assist in building and managing a lightweight onshore PMO structure aligned with program needs

PTX & Cross-functional Support
Drive PTX-related coordination, communication, and tracking activities
Provide operational support to leadership (including coordination with key stakeholders such as Justin Peterson)

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools
Strong experience in status reporting, governance, and compliance tracking

Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proven experience working with senior leadership and global teams (onshore/offshore model)
Ability to drive meetings, follow-ups, and escalations effectively

Operational Excellence
Strong attention to detail in tracking, reporting, and documentation
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-through

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
