Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives under Contact Center Desktop Fleet As part of this role the candidate is expected to have strong Scrum Master skills
- The candidate will work closely with all stakeholders to successfully steer project outcomes
- The candidate will work with the squad to deliver solutions for several technological initiaves and capabilities aligned to various businesses
- The candidate will work with all the core development teams other support teams and drive efficient planning and execution
- Understanding business demands will help in informed decisions in all areas of our team
- The position offers an interesting mix of business and technical aspects
- It is important to stress that strong interpersonal skills and team spirit are required in addition to the ability to proficiently deliver verbal and written communications
- This is a team that work extensively with other IT members in all locations

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 7 or more years of experience as Scrum Master and project management experience with successful delivery experience in the Financial Services domain
- A change agent with a passion for collaborative working to support our teams and improve and deliver exceptional output
- Experience working in Agile teams and an understanding of Agile practices
- Proficiency facilitating SquadScrum meengs to ensure they are solutions focused
- Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and practices
- Ability to collaborate with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
- A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to finding creative ways of working
- Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
- A dedication to crossfunction collaboration communication and breaking down of silos
- Work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values Practices and processes
- Working with the Product Owner candidate will support the work of the squad by maintaining the backlog and facilitating Agile ceremonies like stand ups sprint planning and retrospectives
- Candidate will monitor team performance through the Squads metrics dashboard and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter and more effectively
- Provide transparency to Fleet Delivery Lead with respect to risks blockers impediments at Scrum of Scrum calls and recommend/implement strategies for effective and efficient
operations - Conduct squad assessments to ensure agile principles and best practices are being met and achieved
- Partner with Product Owners to plan quarterly IBR with focus on Strategic Objectives Initiatives and Capabilities based on business roadmap as well as prioritizing and executing modernization and hygiene work items
- Participate in all Squad and Fleet ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums IBR Planning IBRcheckins and Fleet Demo
- As the squad coach communicate effectively proactively with recommendations forcontinuously improving the squads
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364 Yearly
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
