About the Job You're Considering

The SAP Technical Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.  This role ensures the integrity, scalability, and performance of SAP systems across the enterprise landscape, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.  You will be responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations.  This role combines deep SAP domain mastery with industry process expertise to define a “north star” solution vision, architect end-to-end capabilities, and lead cross–Capgemini teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.  The Technical Enterprise Architect establishes trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, owns complex proposal responses and oral presentations for opportunities exceeding $50M TCV, and leads solution blueprinting and delivery execution across the full program lifecycle.   Principal Solutioners build the offering and drive growth through pre-sales activities related to a Group priority.  Manage COE and a global alignment across regions.  Be visible internally and externally to produce content and participate to global events.  Keep in touch closely with client expectations by contributing to delivery engagements.

Enterprise Architects go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. They define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on business objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.
Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT.
