Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes within SAP environments. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver SAP-enabled digital transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP functional expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for global organizations.

 

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.  Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹

Your Role

 

  • Lead business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Analyze current-state processes, perform gap assessments, and recommend SAP-enabled solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Demand to Supply processes across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery through blueprinting, process design, configuration, testing, training, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as a functional lead for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, and Planning organizations to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
  • Drive integration across SAP modules including PP, PP-PI, QM, MM, IBP, SD, PM, and WM/EWM, as well as external and non-SAP applications.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support solution governance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and project delivery best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, recommend process enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA Demand to Supply, Production Planning (PP), and PP-PI.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification in Production Planning (PP), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience leading SAP DTS implementations, Supply Chain transformations, and Manufacturing process initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and integration of planning and execution processes across the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.
  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementations, including:  Business process design, Requirements gathering, Blueprinting and solution architecture, Gap analysis, Configuration and functional design, Testing strategy and execution, User training and change management, Cutover planning, Go-live and hypercare support
  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, project teams, and client-facing engagements.
  • Strong cross-functional integration experience with QM, MM, SD, PM, IBP, WM/EWM, and Manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience integrating SAP solutions with external and non-SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP IBP Certification preferred.
  • Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition, or Transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing, process manufacturing, life sciences, consumer products, retail, industrial manufacturing, or chemical clients.
  • Knowledge of advanced SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality capabilities.
  • Experience with integrated planning and execution processes spanning SAP IBP, PP/PP-PI, QM, EWM, MM, and Manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in large-scale global SAP transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $233,740

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
