Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Senior Manager to lead complex Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Management transformation programs for global clients. This role focuses on helping organizations modernize revenue management, subscription lifecycle management, and usage-based business models utilizing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to design and deliver innovative SAP BRIM solutions that drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. You will play a key role in solutioning, client engagement, program delivery, and practice growth while mentoring high-performing teams across Capgemini's SAP organization.
In this role, you will leverage deep expertise across SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Provider Orders, Provider Contracts, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, Convergent Mediation (CM), CRM, and S/4HANA integration to deliver innovative and scalable business solutions. You will support end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and business process transformation across billing, pricing, contract management, revenue management, and customer lifecycle processes.
This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SAP transformations, helping clients leverage emerging technologies including AI, automation, and advanced analytics to transform their monetization and revenue management capabilities.
Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions.
This role has the leading role in understanding client business needs, and ability map those to the application functionalities “ ensure seamless functionality delivery of the application being developed. What is critical is to ensure that the application being developed matches client business needs, both stated and the unstated ones. Individual must support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more business or industry domains. Individual ust be responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle. One must leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings. Your Role
Leading SAP BRIM, SOM, and Quote-to-Cash transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
Designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across SAP SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA, CM, CRM,SD and S/4HANA environments.
Providing technical leadership in CRM Web UI, CRM Middleware, BRIM SOM architecture, data models, function modules, BAPIs, business events, user exits, and BRF+.
Defining and supporting integration strategies utilizing SOA services across SAP BRIM modules and external enterprise systems.
Driving business process transformation across subscription management, pricing, contract management, billing, eCommerce, B2B, EDI, and revenue operations.
Facilitating client workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Leading global delivery teams while ensuring adherence to project governance, quality standards, and implementation methodologies.
Applying strong knowledge of technical data flows across SAP BRIM landscapes and integrated enterprise ecosystems.
Identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled business processes, intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Contributing to thought leadership, capability development, and growth of Capgemini's SAP BRIM and Digital Monetization practice.
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required
9+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years of specialized expertise in SAP BRIM solutions, including hands-on experience with SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP CRM, SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
SAP certifications in BRIM, SOM, CRM, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP technologies strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP BRIM technical architecture, data flows, FQ Events, SOA integrations, and end-to-end integration across SAP BRIM modules, S/4HANA, and external enterprise systems.
Proven ability to lead client-facing SAP delivery engagements and transformation workstreams, managing cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, and client environments while ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and facilitating client workshops to translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs.
Experience leading innovation initiatives and identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business processes to enhance revenue operations, customer experience, and enterprise digital transformation outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical challenges through creative, scalable solution design and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Experience building trusted client relationships, influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, and operating effectively within complex, matrixed global organizations.
Industry experience within one or more of the following sectors preferred: High Tech, Software & Technology, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Professional Services.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
