Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, contributing across front-end and back-end layers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Angular (12/15/17+) and modern front-end technologies.
Develop robust backend applications, RESTful services, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.
Design and implement reusable UI components, dashboards, and responsive interfaces.
Build APIs and integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party applications, and cloud services.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
Implement security standards using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, LDAP, and Spring Security.
Participate in system architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution development.
Develop automated unit tests, integration tests, and support CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
Experience developing enterprise-scale distributed applications.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Proficiency in SQL and database optimization techniques.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
Exposure to Azure Services (App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL).
Experience with SonarQube, Fortify, Checkmarx, or other code quality/security tools.
Familiarity with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or AI-enabled enterprise applications.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
