As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
Your Role
This role sits at the heart of end‑to‑end supply chain strategy, helping organizations rethink how planning, procurement, and logistics come together as one integrated value stream. You’ll work with senior leaders to define and design supply chains that are resilient, globally scalable, and increasingly AI‑enabled, with a clear focus on business outcomes rather than functional silos.
You’ll join a Supply Chain Advisory team that operates in a strategy‑led, outcomes‑based model, partnering with clients to prepare their supply chains for constant disruption—from global volatility to rapid advances in AI and automation. The team’s environment is intentionally entrepreneurial, offering the opportunity to build new capabilities and shape how they are brought to market and delivered.
Your Role
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain strategy engagements, spanning planning, procurement, and logistics, with a strong emphasis on how these elements work together to drive enterprise performance.
- Help clients move away from siloed “tower” optimization toward integrated supply chain design.
- Design future‑ready operating models that enable supply chains to perform in a complex, global, and rapidly changing environment.
- Apply AI‑enabled and agent‑based approaches to orchestrate supply chain workflows, accelerate decision‑making, and improve efficiency across the end‑to‑end process.
- Deliver work in outcomes‑based engagement models, where success is tied to measurable client impact and value creation.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by shaping go‑to‑market ideas, offerings, and pipelines, with the autonomy to build a portfolio aligned to where you see the supply chain market evolving.
Qualifications & Experience
You bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, supply chain expertise, and curiosity about new ways of working:
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain strategy or advisory, with depth across planning, procurement, and/or logistics and a clear understanding of how these functions integrate.
- A business‑first consulting mindset, focused on solving complex client problems rather than implementing point solutions or specific technology packages.
- Comfort working with AI concepts in practical, day‑to‑day contexts, such as designing workflows, leveraging cloud‑based tools, and using agentic toolstechnologies.
- Experience helping organizations transition from fragmented processes to holistic, end‑to‑end supply chain operating models.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with interest in shaping offerings, identifying market opportunities, and building new capabilities within a growing practice.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders on complex, cross‑functional supply chain topics
