Your Role

As a Managing Consultant, you will support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics, helping clients unlock measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and Generative AI. You will play a key role in shaping insights, designing future-state processes, and driving execution across workstreams, while building your capabilities as a trusted advisor in supply chain strategy and transformation.
This role is ideal for a versatile consultant who can operate across the full supply chain spectrum and contribute to integrated, business-first transformation programs.
Your Role
- Support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics, ensuring integration across functions and alignment to enterprise objectives
- Translate business challenges into data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and GenAI to enhance decision-making, agility, and resilience
- Contribute to the design of future-ready operating models, integrating process, data, technology, and governance to optimize cost-to-serve and service performance
- Lead discrete workstreams or modules within larger transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Apply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, scenario modeling, and solution design, improving speed, insight quality, and innovation in client delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics execution, moving clients beyond siloed optimization
- Support the evaluation and roadmap development for digital supply chain platforms (including SAP / S/4HANA ecosystems), ensuring alignment with business strategy (advisory-led vs. tool-led)
- Contribute to internal capability building, asset development, and go-to-market initiatives within the Supply Chain Transformation practice
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation, with exposure across at least two of the following: planning, procurement, logistics
- Proven ability to support end-to-end supply chain strategy or operating model design, with an understanding of how functions integrate into a unified value chain
- Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and data-driven analysis
- Experience working with or alongside AI, analytics, or digital solutions to enable supply chain decision-making or process improvement
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain platforms, with exposure to SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) environments
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformations, including exposure to modules across planning, procurement, warehouse, or logistics processes
- Knowledge of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, or inventory optimization concepts
- Exposure to digital planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder) or logistics platforms
- Experience contributing to AI / GenAI use case development, such as scenario intelligence, predictive analytics, or automation in supply chain contexts
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 to $180,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
