Your Role

As a Blue Yonder Fulfillment Functional Lead, you will:

  • Lead Fortune 500 clients through large-scale supply chain transformations in complex, enterprise environments.
  • Architect and deliver integrated supply chain planning solutions leveraging deep Blue Yonder and business process expertise.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment from design through deployment.
  • Embed AI‑driven planning and decision intelligence into Blue Yonder Fulfillment solutions to improve service, inventory, and execution outcomes at scale.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on process re-engineering, maturity assessments, roadmap development, business cases, and vendor selection.
  • Own client-facing delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining solution quality and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have:

  • Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of BY Fulfillment
  • Deep configuration and process knowledge of BY Fulfillment
  • Expert knowledge of BY Fulfillment tables
  • Knowledge of distribution planning processes, agnostic of BY Fulfillment capabilities
  • Proven experience applying AI‑enabled supply chain planning concepts to solution design and implementation, accelerating insights, scenario evaluation, and delivery quality.
  • Ability to create accurate design documentation
  • Direct experience with designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions and AI
  • Experience managing large IT programs with cross-functional teams
  • Experience integrating BY Fulfillment with other enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of integration points and execution sequencing
  • Hands-on experience across all phases: requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and support
  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes and how they are connected, especially supply planning processes
  • Experience conducting gap analysis and developing strategic roadmaps
  • Ability to establish a rapport with clients and foster strong client relationships at various levels within the organization
  • Ability to drive sales, especially focused on value-driven outcomes
  • Experience defining proposed solutions as part of client pursuits, including timeline, duration, and resourcing, and presenting these solutions to clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative environments
  • Ability to create a shared sense of direction and accountability across teams
  • Strong time management skills with flexibility and creativity under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with the BY SCPO applications suite, especially Demand or ESP
  • Experience with BY’s Cognitive Planning solutions
  • Experience with other supply chain planning tools such as RELEX, o9, Kinaxis, SAP, OMP, Manhattan Associates
  • Hands-on work with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of consumer products (non-retail), manufacturing, life sciences, and automotive industries
  • Demonstrated project management skills, managing workstreams or projects in excess of $1MM
  • Organizational Change Management experience, especially in change impact analysis, training analysis, training planning, and change strategy execution

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 to $199,480

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
