As a Senior Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, AI product thinking, and delivery—helping clients identify high‑value AI opportunities and translate them into actionable, business‑ready solutions.
Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, you will own defined workstreams end‑to‑end within AI and data‑driven transformation engagements. You will shape the work, drive execution, and deliver high‑quality client outcomes while collaborating closely with engagement leadership and cross‑functional teams.
You will act as a trusted day‑to‑day partner to client counterparts, managing priorities independently, escalating risks appropriately, and ensuring clarity and momentum across your workstreams. You will lead discovery efforts, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
In addition to client delivery, you will contribute to internal knowledge development, reusable assets, and practice initiatives across Data, AI, and product innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning AI‑focused workstreams from discovery through delivery
- Leading stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights into structured findings
- Evaluating AI platforms, tools, and frameworks against client objectives and maturity
- Translating business challenges into AI opportunity areas and solution roadmaps
- Developing executive‑ready presentations and workshop materials
- Leading or shaping AI readiness and capability assessments
- Mapping business processes and data flows to identify AI intervention points
- Contributing to proposals, benchmarks, and internal thought leadership
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600.00 - $199,480.00
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
