About The Job You’re Considering

The Agile Portfolio Coach (Transformation & Migration) plays a critical leadership role in driving large-scale enterprise Agile transformations and complex cloud or technology migrations. This role partners with senior leadership to align business strategy with execution, optimize value streams, and embed Agile ways of working across the portfolio. The coach operates at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and culture, enabling sustained organizational change.

Your Role

  • Establish and evolve Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices
  • Ensure clear alignment between enterprise strategy, funding models, and execution priorities
  • Co-create and execute a transformation roadmap aligned to the organization’s migration objectives
  • Coordinate and align delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and value streams
  • Lead and facilitate critical portfolio-level events, including: PI Planning, Strategic Theme alignment,Value Stream Identification and Mapping
  • Drive outcomes and decisions in complex, high-stakes environments
  • Establish and mature Agile Communities of Practice (CoPs) across roles and disciplines
  • Promote continuous learning, consistent practices, and knowledge sharing at scale

Your Skills and Experience

  • 7–10+ years of overall Agile experience, including 3–5+ years operating at the program or portfolio level
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations or large, complex migration programs
  • Prior leadership experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Manager, or Senior Scrum Master
  • Demonstrated ability to coach C-suite and senior executives through organizational, cultural, and operating model change
  • Strong background working within large-scale, cross-functional environments
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Miami, FL at least 4 days per week
  • Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship

  • Ability to view the organization holistically and optimize end-to-end value streams
  • Skilled at identifying and addressing systemic bottlenecks that impact flow and outcomes
  • Expert-level coaching in Agile Mindsets, Servant Leadership, and OKR frameworks
  • Guides leaders in shifting from traditional governance models to value-driven decision-making
  • Deep mastery of SAFe, Kanban, and/or LeSS
  • Ability to tailor frameworks to support technical transformation and migration workstreams rather than enforcing rigid implementations
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to identify resistance early and address it constructively
  • Builds psychological safety, trust, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong experience with portfolio and delivery tools such as Jira Align and Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Defines and leverages metrics to measure portfolio health, flow efficiency, and value delivery

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $233,248

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
