Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Platform AEP Lead Engineer to shape and deliver the architecture integration and activation strategy for enterprisegrade AEP implementations Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive data ingestion modeling and activation across Adobe and thirdparty systems

Roles & Responsibility:

Lead the endtoend implementation design development and deployment of solutions on Adobe Experience Platform AEP including RealTime CDP Journey Orchestration and Customer AI
Define and implement data strategies for customer segmentation personalization and activation across channels
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AEP capabilities with marketing analytics and customer experience goals
Develop scalable and secure data pipelines for ingesting transforming and activating customer data using AEP tools like Data Collection Data Lake and Identity Services
Design and implement schemas using XDM Experience Data Model and ensure data governance and compliance
Integrate AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud products eg Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe CJA and thirdparty systems eg CRMs DMPs cloud data warehouses
Provide thought leadership in Customer Data Platforms CDPs and Data Management Platforms DMPs
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for endusers and stakeholders
Provide expert knowledge on APIs and how an integration can be leveraged to achieve a desired outcome indicating potential scenarios to consider before implementing
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity and security
Stay updated with AEP product updates and best practices to continuously improve system usage

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer or related field
9 years in digital experience platforms 4 years in AEP implementation
3-4 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform AEP development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript Python RESTful APIs JSON and XML
Experience with data warehousing data modeling and data quality best practices
Expertise in Adobe Launch and Web SDK
Deep understanding of AEP suite including XDM Web SDKs and APIs
Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Target Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Campaign and other MarTech platforms
Design and develop data pipelines and integrations using AEP
Implement data modeling governance and security best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with marketing product and data science teams to enhance customer experience
Familiarity with data privacy regulations including GDPR CCPA and DPDP Act
Analyze data trends to provide business intelligence and recommendations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Experience with one of the public cloud providers CDP
Experience using AIpowered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot

Additional Preferred Skills:
Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform or AJO
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK
Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer AI
Exposure to marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms CDPs"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110000 - $115000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
