We are seeking an experienced Wonderware Lead to drive the design, development, implementation, and support of industrial automation and MES/SCADA solutions using the Wonderware (AVEVA) product suite. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization initiatives across multiple sites.
Your Role
- AVEVA System Platform (ArchestrA IDE)
- Wonderware MES/MOM (Operations, Quality, Performance)
- Wonderware Historian & Historian Client
- InTouch HMI (Modern Experience preferred)
- AVEVA OI Servers (DA/UA/ABCIP/MQTT/Modbus)
- PLC Integration (Rockwell / Siemens / Mitsubishi)
- OPC / OPC UA / MQTT communication protocols
- SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Windows Server & Virtualization (VMware / Hyper V)
- Manufacturing workflows understanding.
Your Skills and Experience
- Looking for 8 – 10 Years of experience in Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Wonderware/AVEVA solutions.
- Architect and implement SCADA, HMI, Historian, MES, and System Platform applications.
- Gather business and functional requirements from manufacturing and operations teams.
- Design scalable and reliable industrial automation solutions.
- Lead code reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning.
- Ability to assess Aveva System Platform 2023R2SP1 for system requirements
- Install Aveva System Platform software 2023R2SP1 and work within the licensing system requirements

o InTouch
o Historian - Ability to assess Aveva System Platform 2014 R2 for integration touch points with external systems such as OEM OPC providers.
- Develop a strategy for migration of production environment based on system assessment
- Execute cutover change management framework
- Ability to troubleshoot IO connectivity within the System Platform ecosphere
- Operate independently and outside of traditional business hours successfully for cutover and troubleshooting purposes.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
