Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep hands‑on experience in building agentic AI solutions using state‑of‑the‑art LLM platforms such as Anthropic Claude and AWS Bedrock. The ideal candidate is a builder-comfortable designing, implementing, and scaling intelligent multi‑model agent architectures using modern serverless technologies and production‑grade coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop agentic AI solutions using Anthropic Claude APIs
Build, fine‑tune, and optimize AI-powered agents leveraging Claude Messages API, Claude SDKs, and Agent API.
Design prompt orchestration flows, memory structures, retrieval strategies, and tool‑use logic for agent interactions.
Implement complex reasoning chains, multi-step workflows, and autonomous task execution using Claude's advanced capabilities.
Build enterprise-grade AI agents on AWS Bedrock
Architect and deploy agentic systems using AWS Bedrock, including AgentCore, Bedrock Agents, and multi-model orchestration patterns.
Integrate Bedrock models (Anthropic, Amazon Titan, Llama, etc.) for hybrid agent workflows.
Implement AWS-native capabilities such as knowledge bases, tools, function calling, and event-driven automation for scalable agent behavior.
Develop backend and orchestration logic using Python and/or TypeScript
Build production-ready microservices, lambda workflows, and orchestration pipelines using Python/TypeScript.
Implement clean, modular code for agent logic, tool integrations, memory pipelines, and vector store interactions.
Leverage AWS serverless services-including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, and S3-for scalable AI solution design.
Architect multi-model and multi-agent systems
Design multi-model agentic ecosystems combining Claude, Bedrock models, and other LLMs based on task profiles.
Create routing, arbitration, and specialization layers enabling models to collaborate or delegate tasks.
Implement distributed, resilient architectures ensuring low latency, high throughput, and cost‑efficient runtime performance.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude APIs, including Messages API, AgentAPI, and SDKs.
Demonstrated experience building agentic AI solutions on AWS Bedrock, including AgentCore and Bedrock Agents.
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong writing, testing, debugging, and API integration skills.
Solid understanding of AWS serverless architecture and best practices.
Experience designing multi-model agentic architectures for enterprise use cases."
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:85,000 - 96,900
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
