Your Mission and Role
You will
Ensure that the customer changes are logged, progressed, updated,authorized and
actioned,resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare reports on statistical information.
Your Profile
University degree in languages: Germany or Advanced German skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to details, accuracy…
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highschool diploma is mandatory.
