Your Mission

Capgemini Engineering Tunisia is seeking 2 GenAI & ML Engineer (Mid & senior) to lead the development of advanced AI solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and MCP-based architectures. This role involves building intelligent, autonomous systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise environments, leveraging contextual reasoning, adaptive workflows, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement agent-based AI systems using LLMs for contextual analysis, logic validation, and feedback generation.

Integrate and manage MCP server infrastructure for context sharing, state management, and system interoperability.

Build autonomous workflows that adapt based on historical outcomes and continuous feedback.

Ensure robust MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.

Technical Architecture Overview

1. Agentic AI Framework

Includes agents for assessment, validation, routing, feedback, and logic verification.

2. MCP Server Infrastructure

Manages context, integration, data orchestration, and workflow state.

3. LLM Integration Layer

Handles text and metadata analysis, reasoning, natural language generation, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Engineering, bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in AI/ML or related roles.

Proven experience in building and deploying AI-driven systems.

Strong understanding of autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.

Familiarity with enterprise systems and data integration.

Knowledge of QA processes is a plus.

English & French are mandatory
