Solution Services Tester
Job Description
- Develop an understanding of the test environment and functionality
- Review test scope and planning with project managers
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during testing
- Interface and collaborate with other team members
- Provide requirements for test cases
- Log and track defects using customer-approved tools
- Provide defect reports for status updates
- Support troubleshooting of defects along with other team members
- Escalate defects to defect managers for early resolution
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IMS, PaCO, and SDM domains
- Ability to review test scope and planning effectively
- Experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of telecom domain concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with logging and tracking tools for defect management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain
- Expert knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and call flows
- Experience in cloud, virtualization, and VNF deployments using Kubernetes/Dockers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
