Solution Services Tester

Job Description

 

  • Develop an understanding of the test environment and functionality
  • Review test scope and planning with project managers
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during testing
  • Interface and collaborate with other team members
  • Provide requirements for test cases
  • Log and track defects using customer-approved tools
  • Provide defect reports for status updates
  • Support troubleshooting of defects along with other team members
  • Escalate defects to defect managers for early resolution

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of IMS, PaCO, and SDM domains
  • Ability to review test scope and planning effectively
  • Experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of telecom domain concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with logging and tracking tools for defect management

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain
  • Expert knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and call flows
  • Experience in cloud, virtualization, and VNF deployments using Kubernetes/Dockers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
