Job Responsibilities

Understand overall customer network requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
Collaborate with system engineers and developers to review and analyze requirements
Develop appropriate test plans and execute them
Analyze test results to ensure feature and system requirements are met from a customer network perspective
Take ownership of issues and demonstrate leadership in resolving them while working with technical subject matter experts

Strong knowledge of mediation products/systems with the ability to independently work, write code, test, and deliver high-quality workflows, nodes, streams, and functional tests
Experience with mediation product installation, migration, and troubleshooting
Good understanding of telecom domain concepts
Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and Unix
Exposure to C, C++, Perl, Java, XML, and scripting languages (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible)
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containers (a plus)
Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, or a relevant field with strong software interest
Minimum 2 years of experience in mediation products/systems
Experience with tools such as Business Logic Tool (BLT), TimesTen, and other product-specific features (a plus)
