We are looking for fluent French speakers to join our team ( 3-6 years of experience)
Role based in BSv organisation. Leveraging deepening to expert knowledge of Problem Resolution, The Problem Resolution Process Experts participate of in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service that drive compelling business outcomes. They ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. May temporarily back up or be the Team Lead and is the key Subject Matter Expert in the team to resolve operational issues that would be raised by more junior team members. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices

Operating in at Junior “ Mid Junior level in a Finance supportorprofessional role Operating as a Finance specialist supporting small and medium sized finance exercises Will be building skills for a more specialized Finance service. May start to manage others. Manage working relationships with stakeholders for the business areas supported Able to act on own initiative but will require supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee or client queries regarding finance processes, policies, and systems.
- Assist with issues related to invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Perform and review reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on finance activities.
- Troubleshoot finance and system issues; escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Communicate policies clearly and provide training or guidance on finance tools.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
- Act as backup for the Team Leader, supporting team coordination and workflow management when needed.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
