As a Lead Consultant – Middleware Application Modernization, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of legacy applications into modern, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions. You will provide technical leadership throughout the modernization journey, ensuring business-critical functionality is preserved while improving application quality, performance, and maintainability. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will help shape technical decisions, guide delivery execution, and enable successful outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Your Role 

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead the assessment and modernization of legacy applications, helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in both English and Spanish to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Drive technical excellence through architecture reviews, code quality practices, testing strategies, and modernization standards.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance delivery.
• Influence technical direction and prioritization while balancing business objectives, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to innovative modernization initiatives that leverage emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and automation-driven approaches.
• Work in a global and diverse environment where curiosity, teamwork, and measurable impact are valued.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in application modernization, legacy system transformation, and .NET-based solution delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex technical environments, identify risks, and develop pragmatic remediation strategies.
• Leadership mindset with experience guiding technical teams, influencing decisions, and driving successful outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical audiences in English and Spanish.
• Commitment to engineering excellence through quality-focused development, architecture governance, testing, security, and continuous improvement.
