Technical Support Analyst

What you’ll do?

  • Handle and log requests and incidents using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Genesys).
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Provide support for office software (Microsoft 365, browsers, antivirus, etc.).
  • Manage access and passwords (Active Directory, corporate email).
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels.
  • Document solutions and technical procedures.

What you’ll bring:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi networks and connectivity concepts.
  • Experience using ticketing and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, LogMeIn) is a plus.
  • Technical and conversational English (for documentation and direct communication with users).
