What you’ll do?
- Handle and log requests and incidents using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Genesys).
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Provide support for office software (Microsoft 365, browsers, antivirus, etc.).
- Manage access and passwords (Active Directory, corporate email).
- Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels.
- Document solutions and technical procedures.
What you’ll bring:
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi networks and connectivity concepts.
- Experience using ticketing and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
- Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Technical and conversational English (for documentation and direct communication with users).
