Technical Lead Actimize - Remote

Your Role
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise fraud management solutions leveraging NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, design validations, and mentorship of development teams.
- Drive platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership within Banking, Financial Services, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Financial Crime Compliance environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL, with experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), API Management platforms (Apigee), and observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and manage complex technical challenges.
- Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
