Your Role

• Software development lifecycle methodologies
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of application enhancements and new features.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure commitments are met on schedule and within scope.
• Promote sound engineering practices, code reviews, documentation standards, and maintainable architecture.
• Collaborate with technical staff to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and operational risks.
• Ensure releases are planned, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Providing Technical Lead to the L2 Maintenance Team in resolution of incidents/issues within SLA
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans with realistic estimates and delivery schedules.
• Oversee Level 2 application support activities for production issues and user requests.
• Ensure appropriate processes exist for incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.

• Monitor application health, reliability, and performance.
• Coordinate agreed support coverage
• Drive operational improvements that reduce support workload and improve end-user satisfaction.
• Experience managing Agile software delivery processes.
• Demonstrated success in balancing development, quality assurance, and production support responsibilities.
• Strong communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
