Tanium Engineer

Location: Aguascalientes

General Description:

The XDR Engineer is responsible for delivering services for our security operations center, focusing on endpoint detection and response capabilities. You will be part of a team that manages vulnerability, compliance, and patch management services.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Operating and maintaining security platforms while delivering specialized services to our clients
• Troubleshooting incidents, implementing changes, and participating in new security projects
• Creating monthly reports and maintaining regular communication with customer stakeholders

Your profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in Operational Security with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Solid understanding of networking and general IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Linux environments
• Automation experience using Python and strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoint systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong analytical mindset
