Role Overview
Lead and accelerate the launch of strategic supply chain initiatives that enhance service performance, operational agility, and digital maturity across planning, procurement, production, logistics, and fulfillment. This role combines business acumen, process redesign, and technology adoption to ensure measurable value creation, enterprise‑wide adoption, and ROI realization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic Innovation of supply chain initiatives, focusing on end‑to‑end visibility and digital enablement.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, BI, and operational systems, maintaining high standards of master data and data quality.
- Define and track KPIs to quantify impact, ensuring benefits realization and consistent lessons‑learned governance.
- Drive robust governance frameworks, including risk management, process ownership, and cross‑functional alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and 3+ years in project or program management.
- Solid expertise in planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ERP environments.
- English C1 proficiency and strong executive‑level communication skills.
