Supply Planner
General Information
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Execute day-to-day planning activities for Finished Goods or Materials, ensuring planning outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
- Support supply planning processes, including plan review, exception management, data validation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the operational rhythm for the planning process, including routine follow-ups, planning reviews, issue tracking, and timely updates to ensure execution discipline.
- Use planning systems to review demand/supply information, update planning parameters, analyze alerts, and support issue resolution; SAP experience is preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing to enable service, inventory, and execution priorities.
- Identify, manage, and escalate service risks, blockers, or data issues in a timely manner, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, and contribution to root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions.
- Be accountable for service level performance within the assigned scope, taking ownership of planning outputs, issue resolution follow-up, and proactive communication of risks or deviations.
- Communicate clearly in English with internal teams and stakeholders across different geographies.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional training or certification in Supply Chain, Planning, SAP, APICS, or related methodologies is desirable.
Experience Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, finished goods planning, or a related planning role.
- Experience working with planning or ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- People leadership experience is not required for this role.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of supply planning, material planning, finished goods planning, inventory management, and service level impact.
- Hands-on experience using planning systems or ERP tools; SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar tools are preferred.
- Ability to analyze planning outputs, identify exceptions, validate master data, and support corrective actions.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to follow up on issues and escalate risks when needed.
- English proficiency required, both written and verbal.
- FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
