Requirements

Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. o Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• To be able to work independently but with support from Product Managers
• To be able to work with vendor partners and cross functional teams o Individuals will be expected to work remotely
  • Process Mapping o Document end-to-end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
  • Solution Design & Validation o Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• To test and validate work to ensure end-to-end system integration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement o Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. o Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
  • Agile & Remote Collaboration o Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro to manage remote collaboration.
  • Documentation & Reporting o Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, acceptance criteria, and change logs.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Education or Training Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software or SaaS environments like Concur and GetThere.

 Specific knowledge of products like concur, Citric,GetThere,Deem and Seriko

Skills Must have: GetThere

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product lifecycles.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Office.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
