Your Role

As an MDM Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Semarchy platforms. You will play a key role in consolidating data from multiple sources to create accurate, governed, and reliable “golden records” for critical business entities such as customers, vendors, and bookings.

This is a hybrid role based in Aguascalientes, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

This role requires strong expertise in data modeling, data quality, and system integration, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Design and implement data models (entities, attributes, hierarchies, relationships) using Semarchy xDM.
• Define and configure match & merge rules for master data consolidation.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Build and configure REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Develop data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Create and manage data governance workflows for stewardship activities (review, approval, authoring).
• Monitor job execution and optimize system performance.
• Manage deployments and model versioning across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in MDM / Semarchy development.
• Hands-on experience with Semarchy platforms (xDM, xDI, xDG).
• Strong skills in SQL / SemQL for data manipulation.
• Experience in data modeling and data quality management.
• Ability to define match & merge logic for master data consolidation.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance workflows and data stewardship processes.
