Job Description

Your role

As a Senior Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will act as a servant leader and Agile champion, driving the successful delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams in adopting and maturing Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business priorities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

In this role, you are expected to bring strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. You will proactively remove impediments, optimize team performance, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver value at scale within dynamic, client-facing environments.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team execution aligned with Scrum principles
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum and team productivity
  • Drive transparency through metrics, reporting, and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to align priorities and deliver value
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
  • Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment

Agile facilitation excellence — confidently leads PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and core ceremonies to enable alignment, focus, and value delivery

Structured delivery mindset — effectively organizes and manages backlogs across teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and flow

Systems thinking — drives dependency mapping across applications, enabling coordinated execution in complex environments

Coaching with impact — empowers teams to adopt Agile best practices and strengthen execution discipline

Collaborative leadership — fosters alignment across stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
