SAP Technical Lead

The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of SAP technical solutions. This role involves overseeing ABAP development, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and managing system integrations while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

 Your Role

• Design , Development and implement SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements
• Lead ABAP development (RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
• Manage system integrations (IDOCs, APIs, RFCs, OData, middleware)
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs
• Oversee transport management and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely defect resolution
• Optimize performance using HANA best practices (CDS, AMDP)
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards

 Your Profile

• Strong expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP integrations  and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, CDS, AMDP, Fiori/UI5, ODATA
• Experience in integrations (API, CPI,BTP, PI/PO)
• Understanding of SAP FI and MDG and hands-on experience
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PI/PO, CPI/BTP, OData services, AMS/support delivery, job monitoring tools, and team leadership experience.
•  Knowledge in: banking domain experience.
