SAP PTP Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP Senior Manager to serve as the PTP Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work hands‑on in SAP delivery, oversee a mid-sized team of PTP consultants (approximately 30), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements, and build PTP capability by upskilling and cross‑skilling the team.

What you’ll do?

Solution & Delivery Leadership
Lead and govern SAP PTP solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
Act as an escalation lead for complex PTP design or integration issues (MM, AP, Ariba, VIM, Fieldglass, EWM, GTS, FI/AP).
People Management – Lead a Large PTP Consulting Team
Manage and grow a team of 30+ PTP consultants.
Liaison with project and capability leads in US for deliveries.
Oversee performance management, staffing, mentoring, skill development, engagement, and succession planning.
Enable a high‑performance culture through coaching, training, certifications, and capability uplift programs.
Presales
Support pursuits for PTP and S/4 transformations: solutioning, estimates, staffing models, and delivery approaches.

What you’ll bring:

SAP certifications in Ariba or EWM or Activate.
Knowledge of automation in PTP (AI-based vendor invoice capture, touchless procurement strategies).
Industry expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Energy, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, or High Tech.
